Mobile Office, offering the Lost Time Refund service and
the new Time Credit Card.

What is happening in the mobile office will be tracked via live video and transmitted online.
Hours: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 12 a 15 h. Wednesday and Saturday: 15 to 19 h.

Located in the garden of the Casa de America, Plaza de la Cibeles 2.
Visiting hours:
Monday to Saturday 11 to 20 h. Sunday and holidays 11 to 15 h.
Time Credit Card services and Lost Time Refunds: Tuesday to Saturday 15 to 18h.
